Wins
By half-season all events had been won by different driver but in the course of the next half, Didier Auriol managed to add further two wins to his tally and became World Champion with just three wins under his belt in 1994.
Podiums
From podium statistics it is obvious who were the title contestants as both Auriol and Sainz had equal number of podiums. On the other hand, McRae's two sole podiums were his two wins and in points Kankkunen was nearer to Sainz than spaniard to Auriol.
DNFs
Ford's agony is apparent from retirement statistics, both Biasion and Delecour retired more often than they finished. Also their temporary drivers like Vatanen suffered setbacks.
Surprises
Didier Auriol won more stages than anybody else, fitting for a world champion. But surprisingly it was Colin McRae who held lead over more stages than anybody else.
