Ogier struggled in first day with his road position and on second day, he couldn't challenge his team mate for the lead. Until Latvala's puncture when he inherited the lead.

Ostberg hung to a second place until he lost it to charging Ogier. After Latvala punctured, Mads regained the place he would eventually finish in.

On first day, Latvala jumped from sixth place to lead in single stage and kept his lead almost until end of second leg. Then his rally took downward trend with a puncture.
