Rovanpera (pictured) kept close to Ogier from start and took lead after SS9. On next stage Ogier went off and retired, allowing Kalle to ease off and cruise to finish. 1-2 result for Toyota made sure of their manufacturers' title.

On pre-event test, Tanak (pictured) compared 2025 and 2024 cars and chose to drive with older specification car. Hyundai did not nominate him for manu points to allow more freedom (including engine change). Fourmaux was initially faster but towards the end Tanak moved ahead and was second overall until on PS Evans went past. Neuville crashed onto a bridge and retired while Fourmaux finished fifth.

McErlean finished fastest of the M-Sport Fords as Munster broken his suspension on a jump and retired on SS5.
