More changes and this time very welcome ones as all are additions which is amazing since page count stays the same. Who's Who is four pages of driver portraits with photo and some basic info and same for co-drivers too! WRC results for 1973-88 has top three results for all WRC rounds. Statistics include driver wins, manufacturer wins, hat-tricks, podium lock-outs and more.

Contributors include editor Peter Foubisher, Anna O'Brien, Esa Lindstrom, Keith Oswin, Martin Sharp, Graham Robson and Hugh Bishop. Photography mostly by Colin Taylor Productions with some photos by other photographers, too.
