Kalle Rovanpera was called in at short notice as Ogier had road accident during recce and had to withdraw. Despite starting with limited recce, no pre-event testing and feeling tired, Kalle posted better times when stages were repeated and he was more familiar with them. He had very tight battle with early leader Mikkelsen but forced ahead in Saturday and by extending lead to ultimate win. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Adrian Fourmaux

Fourmaux (pictured) had again a good rally even though early on he was overshadowed by team's guest driver, latvian Martins Sesks who drove a Rally1 car without hybrid unit and ran as high as 2nd overall at one point. Fourmaux again had both speed and sensible drive which saw him at podium after Mikkelsen's last day puncture. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Thierry Neuville

Early on, Neuville (pictured) suffered massively from cleaning effect and teammate Mikkelsen took full benefit of clean conditions to plough into the lead. Mikkelsen's efforts came to nothing with puncture on final day whereas Neuville gained places both on speed and with misfortunes of others. Hyundai's third driver Tanak retired on SS2 after hitting a deer at full speed. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
