Loeb held on his own despite Hirvonen's furious attempts to overtake him during Saturday and Sunday, proving that he is master of all surfaces.
Henning Solberg was best Norwegian - again - but had surprisingly difficult time to overtake and then hold Sordo behind him.
One of the biggest surprises was P-G Andersson's speed in a Skoda Fabia WRC. He won two stages and ran as high as 5th before retiring.
